Course Feedback London Course 2017

“I am taking this opportunity to write and comment on yesterday’s course.
Having attended several CQC led courses over the past years, this is the first time I have left thoroughly enjoying both the course and the contents. Your course reflects exactly what is required to be implemented from a CQC prospective because of your previous history as their National Training Manager.
I would thoroughly recommend your course”.
A.Marjara – Peterborough Care
Course Feedback Sept 2014:

"What a brilliant course! So informative and insightful.
It is the one course in my entire history of attending courses that ranks it as the very best in its class. The presenter certainly knows his onions.

I only give positive feedback when I have been sincerely moved to do so and I can tell you that I have only been moved to do so on one other occasion in my history. I have been on good courses but yours was way above anything I have previously experienced.

Very many congratulations to you on a superb day. genuinely stunned with the content, detail and helpful advice."

Philip Bartey, Chief Executive. Autism Plus

Course Feedback Sept 2014:

"I thought the course was fantastic - one of the best value for money courses I've ever done, and of immense practical use also. I'm looking forward to working with you in the future and am keen to see more of your online platform"

              Supervision Policy

We have seen a number of reports where providers have been
down graded for not meeting their internal standards.
For example "The provider was not meeting the required number
of supervisions, as their policy dictated that a minimum of 6 are
required in a year. On review of 3 staff files they had only had
4 supervisions in the 12 month period".

We Say - Don't give CQC ammunition to fail you.
Review your policy and put what is required by the Fundamental

From Page 71 of "Guidance for providers on meeting the

"Staff should receive appropriate ongoing or periodic supervision
in their role to make sure competence is maintained"
